Student and Group Discounts

Students are some of our best audiences, and Opera Southwest is thrilled to be able to provide a group discount for students. A student group is 10 or more students (is anyone with student ID from elementary through graduate school.) The ticket price for students in a group is $12 each. Opera Southwest sells one discounted adult/chaperone ticket ($20) for every five students. Any adults beyond this number are not eligible for the discounted rate.  Student “rush” tickets are available for $10 fifteen minutes before each performance.

If there are students unable to afford a ticket under this program, please contact Opera Southwest to make other arrangements. No student will be turned away.

Adult groups of ten or more will receive a 10% discount on all tickets that cost more than $20.  One person must be the contact for the group.  For all group sales, contact Julius Kaplan at 505 831-4221.
